Harley Kagan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Harley assumed the role of CEO in 2021, succeeding Graham Davin. With a background as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer at UTB, Harley brings extensive experience in banking and corporate finance.
Jonathan Ayres, Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Appointed in 2016, Jonathan is a chartered accountant with a rich history in financial services, including roles at C. Hoare & Co. and Ecofin.
Michael Rennie, Chief Operating Officer (COO): Joining UTB in late 2024, Michael brings over two decades of experience in financial services, having held executive positions such as COO, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Information Officer at Cynergy Bank.
Richard Murley, Chair: Richard, with a background in law and investment banking, has been serving as the Chair of UTB, providing leadership and oversight to the board.
